One Cycle Down

After a short 3 hours stay at Block Center today I was able to return home. My poor body is wondering what the heck I just did to it😝. Today I am grateful for anti-nausea meds, for my beautiful peaceful home, for amazing support in my dear husband and good friends and precious family.

It was a great gift today to have the consult with Dr Block's dietician who reviewed the results of my highly expanded blood panel looking at about 40 markers in my terrain to determine how receptive my body is to cancer or maybe better stated, how well suited is my terrain in getting rid of cancer. Almost ALL my markers are in the Optimal range due to our "OUTSTANDING anti inflammatory diet!"

Three cheers for Hippocrates Institute and lots of hard work on our part. I'm so GRATEFUL for good news without reservation or "buts". Diet IS important, terribly important and it was a gift to hear it from an MD!!

I returned home early afternoon and laid in my porch on the hammock in which I spent so many hours after my bike accident last year. I promptly took a 3 hour nap.😌 Sleep is a beautiful thing! My prayer flags reminding me of your love and God's faithfulness. All is well.
